Who doesn't love a good deal...? I was pointed to this look-alike through fashionista.com but wow i had to point it out. Take a look at this marc jacobs top-bright yellow, lots of fun, casual shape, wow i want it! Now imagine getting it for $29. (Okay thats more like a fantasy) but what about a look alike? Check out this top from forever21...wonder where the "inspiration" came from?
Another piece to consider, $328 not a price I disagree with for a updated wool shift dress, but a similar style for $27, how can you say no?
Now on the topic of jeans I just ordered these amazing sailor inspired jeans from shopbop.com, then came upon these yes i prefer the ones from J Brand, but for a trendy pair of jeans maybe $32 is more your budget.

Must haves!

2008 is going to be a hard year on my wallet. As I am viewing some of the spring collections online and I am finding a lot of "must haves"

Kitty dress- LND. i am sorry, i should not have wrote that, well just make sure you get this navy dress this spring. I think i maybe need this dress by Versace...$1595 on a dress..not exactly the kind of price I want, or can afford, but then I tell myself look how flattering the color and shape is...and then I reason..and then reality hits
Alright back to reality: ombre is looking big for spring thats why this dress is a definite-yes.
One shoulder dresses are another trend for this spring, and I can see this one shoulder dress going to any party in the spring, or summer.
Believe it or not, I have never been a fan really of Prada in general, but these shoes might be my first piece of the brand.

Absolutely adore this houndstooth vest from Gwen Stefani's line L.A.M.B as much as I do? Get the look with this houndstooth print vest from Forever 21. Also consider this cute jeweled necklace, at a price like $5.80 how could you not?

Completely Casual

Completely Casual-those two words sum up targets current collection, Converse one star. Today I went in to Target to check out more Erin Fetherston clearance, only to find it gone. I thought maybe I was confused and looked around some more clearance racks only to find it really had been moved out of the store. Up front I saw some large signs and advertisements with Converse on them, I remembered then that Converse had been set to release a small collection and decided to see what it was all about. I found out that this collection is just a really relaxed mix up of casual tops, sweatpants and jeans-not really my style, but great if your working out or just at home. If your interested in it, some pieces to consider are
this sweater could be layered or worn very casual
I am not sure how these jeans fit-but I do like the color and styles of these.

I like Blake Lively's (Serena from gossip girl) head-to-toe Chanel look (although it looks a bit old for her it still looks sophisticated,vintage& chic), however most of us need a price break, so maybe you would like to get the sophisticated & chic feel of this look for so much less.

For those waiting for the Jovovich-Hawk collection to appear at target, i have discovered that the collection is set to appear March 2! I am getting more and more excited for this collection, the shorts look adorable, and I have heard their are to be bohemian-inspired dresses. Meanwhile stop into target and check out the Erin Fethrston clearance and the Loeffler Randall accessories.

"Clearance shopping"

I officially need to start "clearance shopping" more. I had to go spend money today, I just felt like it couldn't be stopped. Instead of going for what I normally do, I went to the clearance rack. They have done it again! By that of course, I mean Forever21 has knocked off another design this time it is Rebecca Taylor's Swing Jacket
This beautiful jackets sells for $429
you however can simply stop into a Forever21 near you, an get an extremely similar design, called the Pompy Swing Jacket
now of course as always you will be sacrificing the quality, but I think this might be too good to pass up.
Another reason to stop in this metallic headband that reminds me of this silk one from shopintuintion.com
One last item to pick up? This satin trapeze top

Gossip Girl, oh how I love the fashion, without it I think the show would honestly be nothing, and who doesn't love the preppy style? Well now you can dress like everyones favorite character, Blair (well she's my favorite, this girl has style!)
